We offer standard delivery for all orders, and we aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days. Please note that delivery times may be delayed during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

We offer free standard delivery for orders over £50. For orders under £50, a delivery fee will be added to your order at checkout. We use trusted delivery partners to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time.


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward returns policy.

We accept returns on all unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number, and we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost, and we recommend that you use a shipping method that includes tracking.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure that they are in the same condition as when we shipped them to you. If the items are in acceptable condition, we will process your refund within 14 days of receipt. The refund will be made to the original payment method used to purchase the product(s). Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the damage or defect. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s), and once we receive the item(s), we will process your refund or send a replacement product.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products are non-returnable, including customized products and gift cards. Additionally, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that have been opened or used.
